New bike

O.K. it’s not a motorcycle but it’s still cool. I have been looking for something that I can put my son on and get some exercise. This is kinda my wife’s bike, but until I find a good bike for me I’ll put his seat on this. And I can tell you this, that with one speed it is a lot of exercise to go…….anywhere…..


I guess I think that anything old is cool, and maybe it’s not for everyone…but I think it’s pretty cool, and my son was all smiles today.

Cool shovel pulled into the shop today

Guy was part of the Scorpions MC. I don’t know anything about the club, but he was nice enough. They were having their reunion and were heading to Beale st. for bike night. We fixed the bike and got him back on the road in no-time. Anyway nice lookin’ bike!!!!

The shop is shaping up….

The shop out back is shaping up. Not as much space as I would like to have, but now that I have teamed up with Super Cycle, I don’t need much room. This shop is mostly for storage and assembly.

Easy Rider at the Orpheum

Saw Easy Rider at the Orpheum in Memphis with my wife. We took the 76 FE chopper and had a great time….

Spent all day today at the shop buttoning up the 69 motor and tearing down A.J.’s four speed tranny. Sorry no pictures yet, I’ll have them next week……

Original Harley tools

I’m using another cam cover for the 69 and i had to replace one of the bushings. If you ever have tried to remove one of these without this tool you know it’s almost impossible. Anyway here’s the right way to do it…..

Now if I can only find a reamer……..
